From Modest Beginnings to Global Impact

Growing up in India, Abhinav recalls how his father occasionally took him to the university

department where he was pursuing his doctorate, sparking his fascination with computers

from a young age.

Demonstrating an early passion for problem-solving, Abhinav decided to pursue Computer

Science and Engineering. He graduated with honors and earned a gold medal, standing out

as one of the top students in his class.

This academic success served as a springboard for apromising career in software engineering, with stints at companies like DuPont and Infosys.

“If I had to describe myself, I would say I’m someone with determination. It’s this quality that

sets me apart,” reflects Abhinav. “Like many other middle-class Indians, I sought a degree in

computer science and joined the software services industry in India.”

Looking to broaden his horizons, Abhinav moved to the United States to pursue an MBA at

Michigan State University. There, he not only excelled academically, earning positions in

honor societies such as Beta Gamma Sigma and Phi Beta Delta, but also developed the

leadership skills that would define his career.

“Navigating the competitive job market as an international student taught me the importance

of persistence, networking, and adaptability. These lessons helped me secure an internship

at Google, where I demonstrated my value and secured a full-time position,” says Abhinav.

Abhinav’s career is driven by a constant desire to turn challenges into opportunities. As a

Senior Technical Solutions Consultant, he has led projects that solved complex problems and

generated measurable results:
